Renowned for his progressive thinking and innovative approach, Agai leverages the synergy of innovation, diversity, and strategy to achieve growth, secure funding, expand market reach, and sustain impactful outcomes. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at AFAP, Agai brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Throughout his career, Agai has demonstrated his proficiency in various capacities, including as a Global Brand & Sales Strategist, Certified Project Manager, Sage Business Development Advisor, and Trusted Business Partner & Consultant. His leadership style is characterized by motivation and facilitation, as he excels in driving teams towards shared goals and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Agai’s professional journey includes significant roles such as Strategic Marketing & Business Consultant, where he led the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Additionally, his tenure as Director of Philanthropy at NABA INC. saw him spearheading efforts to enhance engagement with corporate, funder, and philanthropic communities.

His expertise extends to strategic marketing and business development, evident during his time as Vice President of Marketing at Indique Hair LLC, where he oversaw the expansion, market research, and strategy for the company’s subsidiary, driving profitable business operations across multiple retail locations.

Notably, Agai has also made significant contributions to social enterprises, serving as Regional Representative for Population Services International. In this role, he transformed under-performing business units into profitable multinational enterprises, demonstrating his adeptness in process improvement, capacity building, and strategic operations.

Agai holds an MBA with emphases in International Business and Strategy from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he was elected Co-President of the Emerging Markets Club. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Morehouse College.
