With over nine years of experience in agribusiness projects, Happy is an Agri-Finance Specialist, Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, and Risk Analyst. She possesses a strong background in risk analysis, financial product development, portfolio management, and monitoring & evaluation of agribusiness projects.

As an Agribusiness Manager at Union Bank, she played a key role in analyzing credit requests, creating financial products, and providing advisory support to agribusinesses. She also facilitated partnerships with crowdfunding companies and worked with smallholders and extension officers to promote the bank’s financial inclusion strategy.

Currently, Happy serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership where she co-coordinates the AFFM credit guarantee project, evaluates and makes recommendations on customer adherence to the terms of credit guarantee issued, and develops the M&E plan.

In addition to my banking sector experience, Happy is also a PhD candidate in Agricultural Economics and Farm Management, holds a Master of Science in Economics from University of Lagos, and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.

Fluent in Yoruba and English, she has strong skills in financial and business analysis and can build capacity in others to develop financial and cash flow projections
