Joost van Odijk has over 25 years of experience in corporate food companies including Unilever, PepsiCo, and Burger King. He has also worked with various internet and agritech start-ups. In addition, he has built an advisory track record by establishing multi-stakeholder partnerships across India and Africa with the World Economic Forum, the African Development Bank, and a range of private sector companies.

At AFAP, Joost is responsible for Strategy, Partnerships, and Digital Solutions, with the aim to optimize the agribusiness supply chain by enhancing market access and providing efficient advisory services to smallholders. He works to achieve these goals at scale.

Joost holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in The Netherlands.
