Tarron Passens is the Office and Finance Administrator for the African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership (AFAP), bringing over five years of experience in communications and customer service in the telecoms sector. Her passion for finance led her to refine her financial knowledge and secure a permanent role at AFAP, a development finance house focused on bolstering strategic finance interests in markets that provide inputs to smallholder farmers and contribute to a sustainable continent.

Working alongside leading international development specialists, Tarron supports the design, implementation, and management of economic recovery and development programs for Africa. Her daily routines involve facilitating high-level B2B transactions that often involve multi-currency transactions with stringent deadlines, enabling deal flow and project delivery.

Tarron’s attention to detail mastery ensures effective finance controls, profitability, compliance, dutiful reporting, and achievement of revenue goals.
