The high-level meeting focused on charting the future strategic direction for the organization.<\/p>\n<p>Attended by interim CEO Joseph Mwangangi, Regional Directors, and Functional Program Directors alongside the Board, the discussions centered on positioning AFAP for continued impact within an increasingly complex non-profit environment. A significant focus was placed on evaluating and refining AFAP&#8217;s strategy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness moving forward.<\/p>\n<p>Central to the deliberations was AFAP\u2019s key initiative, the Trade Credit Guarantee.
