In the first month of 2024, the leadership team at the African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership (AFAP) is coming together for a five-day retreat. From January 22 to 26, this retreat will be pivotal for setting AFAP’s course for the year.

The retreat covers a wide range of topics, including AFAP’s operations, new organizational changes, and an overview of our three-year strategy.

AFAP leadership which comprises Directors, Country Managers and key staff members will explore specific country programs, focus on key projects, clients, and goals for the year. Operational aspects will be addressed, from financial administration to project reporting and compliance.

The AFAP team will delve into leadership development, trade credit guarantee programs, and business development strategies. The retreat will conclude with a thorough review of AFAP’s action plans for the coming months.
