Call for Consultancy Proposals for Nigeria – AFFM Implementation
The African Fertilizer and Agribusiness Partnership (AFAP) seeks to appoint three consultancies under the African Fertilizer Financing Mechanism (AFFM) Grant to Enhance Financing Mechanism and Distribution of Fertilizers in Nigeria.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The appointed individuals will be responsible for one of the following:
- Expert Risk Assessment and Financial Analysis to Fertilizer Blenders/Suppliers
- To conduct due diligence, risk assessment and financial analysis to fertilizer suppliers or blenders who will take part in the credit guarantee program.
- The assignment to be completed within 15 days including writing a report.

- Developing Credit Guarantee (CG) Monitoring Instrument
- To develop credit guarantee monitoring instrument for the trade credit guarantee program.

ELIGIBILITY:
Eligible Individual consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested Individual consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.)
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank’s Procurement Framework dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org. Borrowers are under no obligation to shortlist any consultant who expresses interest.
