Master Classes at HADC: A Highlight of Innovation and Knowledge Sharing
One of the runaway successes of the inaugural Hub Agro-dealers Development Conference (HADC) was the introduction of Master Classes, facilitated by knowledge partners and industry leaders from organizations such as the Africa Plant Nutrition Institute (APNI), ACORN, African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS), International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA), DGRID, African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF), WALA, and Hello Tractor.
These Master Classes featured sessions on revenue-enhancing technologies and innovations, covering a diverse range of topics critical to the advancement of agriculture in Africa.
Participants had the opportunity to delve into areas such as plant nutrition, agro-forestry, extension services provision, soil health practices, and innovations in extension services. Other key topics included Cooling as a Service, enhanced seed production and trade, solar-powered irrigation, and mechanization.
The Master Classes were exceptionally well-received, with participants praising the depth of knowledge shared and the practical benefits of the technologies and innovations discussed.
These sessions not only highlighted the importance of continuous learning and adaptation in agriculture but also showcased the collaborative efforts required to drive sustainable growth and development.
